Kolibri was founded in 2020 by Stephany and Darius, two coffee lovers with Latin American roots and a passion for great coffee.
The idea was simple: to offer exceptional coffee beans that have been sustainably harvested, carefully processed and ethically sourced, to offer you the right balance between aroma & flavour for a pleasant cup.
In 2022 Kolibri took the step to expand their operations with a roastery in Tynaarlo, in the northern part of the Netherlands. Their focus on sustainability and exceptional quality shows in the cup and we're excited to feature Kolibri here at Nordic Brew Lab
