Farms sit at 1,650–1,900 masl on the slopes of Mount Kenya, where rich volcanic soils and high elevations support the production of expressive coffees. This lot brings together SL-28, SL-34, Ruiru 11, and Batian, representing the varieties commonly grown across the region.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRipe cherries are carefully sorted, pulped, and density-graded before undergoing underwater fermentation.
