He started his coffee journey with a blog, which led him to becoming a certified SCA Roaster and taster. After a stint in roasting, Manuel then went on to be a competitor and later judge in the Panama Brewers and Barista championships between 2017 - 2024. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eToday Manuel lives in Boquete and helps farms their quality and processing techniques.
