Swerl

Swerl began in 2019 in Falkenberg, founded by Beatriz and Daniel after discovering specialty coffee during their travels. 

In 2022 they launched their own roastery, refining their craft with Daniel’s technical expertise and a commitment to consistency and clarity. Since then, Swerl has expanded into a larger harbour-side space, earned international recognition, including a Top 100 global ranking and 2nd place at Nordic’s Best Roasters in 2025, and continued to evolve with intention.

Today, Swerl stands as one of Sweden’s most exciting young roasteries, dedicated to thoughtful, expressive coffee rooted in community and connection.
