Why we curate the way we do
Before a coffee makes it into the Club, it has to earn its place.
Long before Nordic Brew Lab existed, Pierre and Håkan spent years as head baristas in specialty coffee cafés, ordering, tasting, and scoring coffees from some of the world's most respected roasters. Many of the roasters we work with today are people whose coffees we've followed and served for years.

When a roaster is new to us, we don't add them because of hype or a compelling story. We ask for samples first. We taste them, rate them internally, and not all of them make it to our shelves.
Because a great story doesn't make a great coffee.
Every coffee we send through the Club is one we'd proudly serve at our own showrooms in Stockholm and Malmö. And one we'd happily order for ourselves.

You brew and discover
Your first box ships within a week, then continues monthly with coffees chosen for clarity, sweetness, and character.
Subscription FAQ
Choose your subscription, and we'll send you expertly curated specialty coffee every month. We will ship your first order within a week, then you'll be added to the monthly rotation. You can change, pause, or cancel anytime.
The cutoff date is the 10th of every month.
Once you've placed your order we'll ship your first box within a week, then you'll be added to the monthly subscription based on the cutoff date. If you subscribe before the 10th of the month you'll receive the next round of subscriptions, if you subscribe after the 10th you'll be added to the following months subscription.
Example:
• Subscribe on the 6th September -> You will receive your next subscription order in October.
• Subscribe on the 20th September -> You will receive your next subscription order in November.
Subscription orders are processed and sent during the first week of every month.
We work exclusively with single-origin specialty coffee which we source from the best roasters around the world. We tend to prefer light "Nordic Style" roast profiles that are roasted for filter brewing.
Yes! You can change between subscriptions, pause shipments, or cancel anytime (provided you haven't prepaid for a set period).
We currently ship throughout Sweden and all European countries. Shipping is always free on subscription orders.
We stand behind our curation. If you're not satisfied with a selection, contact us and we'll make it right.
Our subscriptions feature light roasted coffee which is best brewed as pour-over or filter coffee. While it is possible to make tasty espresso with this coffee, we wouldn't recommend our subscriptions if you primarily make espresso at home.
