This Pink Bourbon microlot comes from Primavera farm in El Pital, Huila, where Williar Joven has been farming coffee for over 34 years, working alongside his family across several farms. Grown in volcanic soils shaped by the Nevado del Huila, the farm benefits from one of Colombia’s most celebrated coffee terroirs.
Handpicked at peak ripeness, the cherries are fully washed to emphasise clarity and varietal expression. The result is a clean, elegant cup with bright malic acidity, soft sweetness, and lingering white-floral aromatics.
Expect a beautifully balanced and remarkably clean cup with notes of juicy peaches, bright satsumas, and a lingering apple blossom finish.
