Grown at over 1,750 masl on Finca El Diviso in Huila, this coffee comes from renowned producer Nestor Lasso. Part of a new generation of Colombian specialty producers, Nestor combines family tradition with a focus on rare varieties and experimental processing. This lot is Improved Typica, selected for its distinctive character and aromatic complexity.

The coffee is naturally processed, with careful fermentation and drying allowing the fruit to remain in contact with the beans.

Expect a floral and vibrant cup with notes of berries, black cherry, violet and watermelon.
