Ecuador "Pallani" Washed Sidra - Momos Coffee

This washed Sidra comes from Pallatanga, in Chimborazo Province, grown at 1,700 masl by Dayana Aguirre at Finca Pallani as part of the Amigo Project. The initiative brings together neighboring farms, where Pallani focuses on cultivation and Lugmapata refines processing, creating a shared approach to quality and consistency across small plots in the Ecuadorian Andes.

Cherries are selectively harvested and carefully washed using a controlled, multi-step process developed through collaboration between the two farms.

Expect a clean and balanced cup with flavours of dried figs, sweet plums, silky honey and a rooibos-like finish.
