This washed Ethiopian lot comes from the Danche washing station in Gedeb District, located in the Gedeo Zone at 1,950–2,000 masl. Around 400 smallholder farmers contribute cherries to the station, where the cool high-altitude climate and rich soils help produce coffees with exceptional sweetness, clarity, and floral complexity. The station is operated by SNAP Coffee, a quality-focused producer supporting both sustainable farming and local community development.

This washed Mixed Heirloom lot undergoes careful hand-sorting, 96-hour dry fermentation, washing, density separation, and slow drying on raised beds for around 10 days.

Expect a juicy and sweet cup with notes of ripe stone fruits, and a delicate tea-like finish.
