This lot comes from Keramo village in Sidama, Ethiopia, where coffee grows above 2,200 masl in cool, mountainous conditions. Produced by Faysel Abdosh of Testi Coffee, the coffee reflects his close work with farmers and careful oversight of every step, guided by respect for both land and people. The result is a clean, elegant coffee that captures the clarity and balance of Ethiopia’s highlands.

The coffee is processed using the traditional washed method: ripe cherries are handpicked, sorted, fermented, and dried on raised African beds. This approach highlights purity, delicate sweetness, and bright structure, delivering a cup that clearly expresses both origin and the careful craftsmanship of Faysel and his team.

Expect a floral cup with notes of white peach, and tangerine with a tea-like finish.
