This lot comes from the Gititu Coffee Factory in Nyeri, where around 800 smallholder farmers deliver cherries grown at approximately 1,880 masl. Managed by the Aguthi Farmers’ Cooperative Society, the producers mainly cultivate classic SL28 and SL34 varieties, alongside smaller amounts of Batian and Ruiru 11. Careful cherry selection and lot separation are central to maintaining the region’s renowned quality.

Expect a juicy and bright cup with flavours of crisp rhubarb, tart cranberries and ripe blackcurrants.
