Grown at 1,700 m.a.s.l., the coffee is shade-grown and selectively handpicked to preserve the sweetness and clarity characteristic of the Volcán micro-region.

Careful washed processing highlights balance and transparency, allowing the natural character of the variety to come through.

Expect a bright cup with notes of sweet apricot, delicate citrus, and a green tea finish.
