The FLAT is an original, non-fluted flat-bottomed filter. Its smooth and unobstructed surface ensures a perfectly even brewing space with full access to the coffee bed. This design eliminates the bypass effect, maximizing coffee particle yield while preventing grounds from getting trapped in fluted areas.

The B3 filter-series we're co-created together with SIBARIST and World Brewers Cup champion 2021 Matt Winton. The B3 filter’s unique design opens up the brewing space for uniform extraction and optimal flow. Its firm material reduces contact with the dripper, delivering a faster brew and sweeter, cleaner flavors by preventing unwanted bypass.
