SIBARIST B3 Hybrid - Specialty Coffee Filters with Matt Winton

The HYBRID is a completely unique and innovative filter designed by Sibarist for conical drippers that gives a hybrid between flat bottoms and cone brewing.

The hybrid shape is designed for faster, more efficient brewing, minimizing clogging often seen with high-filtration materials and preventing fines from concentrating in one spot. These filters are compatible with all standard conical brewers, including the Hario V60 and Origami Dripper.

The B3 filter-series were co-created together by SIBARIST and 2021 World Brewers Cup Champion Matt Winton. The B3 filter’s unique design opens up the brewing space for uniform extraction and optimal flow. Its firm material reduces contact with the dripper, delivering a faster brew and sweeter, cleaner flavors by preventing unwanted bypass.

The filter adapts to conical commercial V60’s with open bottom.
