The Flat is an original, non-fluted flat-bottomed filter. Its smooth and unobstructed surface ensures a perfectly even brewing space with full access to the coffee bed. This design eliminates the bypass effect, maximizing coffee particle yield while preventing grounds from getting trapped in fluted areas.

• Enhanced flowrate: Engineered for fast, consistent drawdowns to increase sweetness and minimize bitterness.
• Less surface contact: The reduced contact surface between brew water and the walls of the dripper ensures an even extraction with minimum bypass.
• 100% Organic Material: The filters are made in Barcelona with 100% organic paper.

The filter adapts to flat bed brewers such as Kalita or the Torch Mountain Brewer.
The FLAT S is suitable for small filter holders (155/Torch).
The FLAT M is suitable for medium filter holders (185).
