Nomad is one of Europe’s most respected roasters, based in Barcelona, Spain. Originally launched as a coffee cart in London in 2011, Nomad quickly evolved into a full roastery after founder Jordi Mestre won the Spanish Barista Championship in both 2012 and 2013. Since 2014, they’ve been at the forefront of Barcelona’s specialty scene — known for clean, expressive coffees roasted with precision for filter and light espresso. They focus on sourcing and roasting exceptional coffee, as well as operating multiple cafes in Spain.
