Returns & Refunds — What You Need to Know

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Nordic Brew Lab. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy on most products — as long as the item is unused and in resellable condition.

✅ General Return Policy

• ✔️ You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
• ✔️ Products must be in original condition, with all parts, packaging, and manuals included.
• ✔️ Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

❌ No Returns on Opened Consumables

To protect product quality and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on opened consumables, including:

• ✖️ Coffee beans — if the bag has been opened
• ✖️ Apax Lab mineral concentrates — if the seal has been broken

If the item has been opened, used, or tampered with, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
