Your brewing water is one of the most important factors in making a tasty coffee, yet it's often overlooked. With APAX Labs Mineral Concentrates, not only can you create your own brewing water - you can even "season" your coffee to elevate your brew after brewing!

These mineral concentrates contain demineralized Water that has been stripped of dissolved minerals and impurities through ion exchange or reverse osmosis. water and analytical reagent grade minerals (AR), ensuring very high levels of purity.

Each box set includes one of each of the following mineral concentrates:
