Still Coffee Roasters was founded by Sabri and Bandria, in The Hague, the Netherlands, combining a background in data science and engineering with a deep passion for specialty coffee. They source small, often rare lots and roast with a light, precise approach designed to reveal each coffee’s natural character and seasonality. Their process balances analytical precision with sensory craft, carefully measuring and refining every roast while respecting the work of producers. Still is built around the idea of slowing down and experiencing coffee as a ritual, focused on craftsmanship, origin, and thoughtful simplicity.
