This coffee comes from smallholder farms around Inoi in Kerugoya, where SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11, and Batian are cultivated at around 1,800 masl. The high-altitude growing conditions and careful processing bring out the clarity, vibrant acidity, and intense fruit character associated with high-quality Kenyan coffees.

The ripe cherries are carefully sorted, pulped, fermented, and washed before being dried on raised beds. The clean processing allows the fruit and acidity to remain sharply defined.

Expect a vibrant and layered cup with notes of blackcurrant, stone fruits, hibiscus and grape.
