Careful washed processing brings clarity and definition to this lot from Gedeb Chelbesa, where smallholder farmers cultivate heirloom varieties at around 2.100 m.a.s.l. The coffee is processed at Gedeb Chelbesa Station under the management of Atara Wako, whose focus on quality helps preserve the clean, expressive character of the high-altitude coffees produced in the area.

The cherries are carefully sorted and processed using a traditional washed method before being dried on raised beds.

Expect a fruity and bright cup with notes of mango, peach, and hibiscus, with a floral aroma of rose and bergamot.
