This washed coffee comes from Alto Naranjal, a 12-hectare farm in Buesaco, Nariño, where Leonardo Loaiza and his brothers grow Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo at around 2,000 masl. Part of the Loaiza family’s long history of coffee production in the region, the farm’s steep mountainside setting, strong sun exposure, and slow cherry maturation contribute to the dense sweetness and concentrated character typical of high-altitude Nariño coffees. 

The ripe cherries are processed using a traditional washed method, allowing the natural sweetness and clarity of the coffee to shine through.

Expect a balanced cup filled bright citrus, juicy red berries and sweet dried fruits.
