At Patio Bonito, Paola Trujillo’s family farm operates as a detail-focused micromill at altitude, where careful lot separation, mixed shade, and steady breezes support slow, even ripening. Her meticulous approach to cultivation and processing consistently delivers coffees with clarity, defined sweetness, and a composed finish.

The coffee is hand-picked, density sorted, and pulped before undergoing a clean, controlled fermentation, followed by thorough washing. It is then slow-dried on raised beds and patios to a stable moisture level.

Expect subtle citrusy layers of mandarine, sweet dried tropical fruits, and gentle jasmine-honeysuckle florals.
