Sale price150 kr

International Feature Roaster: Terraform

Banko Gotiti is a renowned coffee-growing village in Gedeb, within Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe region. Smallholder farmers deliver their cherries to the Huke washing station, operated by Testi Coffee, where coffee from each village is processed separately to preserve traceability. This lot brings together Kurume, Dega, and Wolisho varieties grown at around 2,250 masl.

The cherries are carefully sorted, floated, and fermented for 72 hours at 18.5–20.5°C, with the water changed every 24 hours. The coffee is then dried on raised beds under shade netting for 15 days.

Expect a fruity cup with notes of white florals, bright lemon, sweet yellow peach.
