Ethiopia Bochesa Organic is a washed heirloom lot from the Bochesa washing station in Sidama, grown at 2000–2100m and processed with careful, eco-conscious methods. Smallholders contribute cherries that are fermented for 12–16 hours, washed again, and slowly dried on raised beds for clarity and complexity.
Expect sweet, fruit-forward notes of peach and tangerine, backed by hints of soft florals, black tea, and honey-like sweetness. The cup is juicy, aromatic, and brightly balanced.
