Ethiopia "Haru" Natural 74112+Dega+Wolisho - Obadiah

Sale price280 kr

International Feature Roaster: Obadiah

This natural coffee comes from Haru, a washing station just outside Yirgacheffe that was established in 1979 and is now managed by Komilachu. Local smallholders cultivate 74112, Dega, and Wolisho varieties at 1,750–2,300 masl, with 74112 the dominant selection.

For the natural process, ripe cherries are carefully sorted and dried whole on raised beds, where they are turned regularly to ensure even drying. Once the cherries have dried to the desired moisture content, they are hulled and sorted.

Expect a fruity cup with notes of blueberry, and a honey-like sweetness with a boozy depth.
