Ethiopia "Kedida Gubata" White Honey Landrace - SEY

Sale price320 kr

International Feature Roaster: SEY

Working with export partner SNAP, this lot comes from selected high-altitude farms around Kedida Gubata in Kochere, where Ethiopian landrace varieties grow at 2,275–2,500 masl. Now in its second year with SEY, this collaboration focuses on separating coffees from specific growing areas to improve traceability and better express the character of each lot. Although processed at the nearby Worka washing station, the cherries are sourced from these distinct high-elevation farms.

Ripe cherries are hand-picked, floated to remove defects, and depulped before being separated by density. The coffee is then dried as a white honey on raised beds for 10–14 days, retaining some mucilage to develop sweetness while preserving clarity.

Expect a sweet and elegant cup with notes of fragrant honeydew, sweet peaches and delicate coffee blossoms.
