This washed Ethiopian coffee comes from Wete Konga in Yirgacheffe, where heirloom varieties are cultivated at 2,050–2,200 masl by smallholder farmers surrounding the Wete Ambela washing station. The station produces around 54 tons of coffee annually.

After hand-picking, the cherries are pulped and the parchment is soaked for 48 hours before being dried on African raised beds for 18–21 days.

Expect bright and delicate cup with notes of lemon, sweet apricots, and a delicate floral finish.
