xBloom Special Release: La Cabra

This is a beautiful washed Geisha from the Burbano brothers farm in Colombia. Together, the brothers have aimed for top end quality, planting Geisha, Chiroso, Laurina and Pacamara. 2025 saw the first exportable harvest from this 3.5 hectare plot, and La Cabra have purchased the production of washed Geisha.

Expect a soft cup with notes of jasmine, ripe peach, and a round ooling tea finish.
