Introducing POMA Coffee Research
POMA is a coffee research and roasting company based in
Copenhagen on a mission to refine coffee production
techniques, address industry challenges, and bridge the gap
between research and practical application.
Poma grows coffee in a climate controlled greenhouse right
outside Copenhagen, where they run many different
experimental trials on coffee cultivation.
POMA collaborates closely with coffee farmers to implement and scale up their
findings, aiming to make sustainable practices more accessible and effective.
