Specialty coffee is at the core of what we do at Nordic Brew Lab.

We work closely with some of the very best coffee roasters in the world, selecting coffees based on origin, processing, freshness, and how they perform in the cup. Every coffee in this collection is a single-origin specialty coffee, chosen to reflect the character of a specific place, variety, and harvest rather than a generic flavour profile.

At Nordic Brew Lab, we believe specialty coffee should be transparent and expressive. Each roast is carefully developed by the roaster to highlight the inherent qualities of the green coffee — whether that’s clarity, sweetness, acidity, or structure — without relying on heavy roasting to mask defects.
