Jimmy and Aga Dimitrov founded Sweven in 2019 in Bristol, following nearly a decade of hands-on experience and exploration in specialty coffee that began in 2010. Built on precision, purpose, and deep respect for origin, Sweven is dedicated to sourcing and roasting coffees that honor the craftsmanship of the producers behind each bean.
