Colombia "El Casino" Washed Pink Bourbon - Sweven

This washed Pink Bourbon comes from Finca El Casino in Palestina, Huila, where José Elias Martinez grows coffee at around 1,650 masl. A second-generation farmer, José returned to his family farm after years away and has since rebuilt El Casino with a strong focus on specialty coffee, investing in new varieties and improved drying and processing infrastructure.

The ripe cherries are carefully harvested, depulped, and fermented before being thoroughly washed and dried, allowing the variety and terroir to remain clearly defined.

Expect a sweet and crisp cup with notes of mouthwatering star fruit, fragrant elderflower and bright pink lemonade.
