Ethiopia "Adamo" Natural Gibirinna + Serto - Sweven

This natural coffee comes from Adamo in Gora, Guji, where just 20 local farmers cultivate Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112 at 2,200–2,500 masl. The coffee is produced by Sookoo Coffee, founded by Ture Waji, whose long-standing work with farmers across Guji has earned him a deep connection to the region. The cherries grow beneath indigenous shade trees in the cool highlands, allowing them to mature slowly and develop concentrated sweetness and aromatic complexity.

Ripe cherries are selectively harvested and delivered to Sookoo’s Gora Borawa drying station, where they are carefully prepared using a traditional natural process.

Expect a candy-like and layered cup with notes of ripe pineapple, sweet blueberries and and aromatic rosewater.
