Mirra

Mirra was founded by Will Warren in December of 2022 with the establishment of an intentionally and exclusively Nordic-style roastery in the United States as its aim. 

It is their goal that every lot they source and every batch they roast be nothing short of outstanding. Quality is judged by the purity and fidelity of the final cup - where each coffee’s flavor is wholly its own and true to its varietal and terroir, rather than shaped by roasting, fermentation, or other intrusive processes. Bright, beautiful, and true, each coffee is allowed to speak for itself.
