Las Mishas comes from the high mountain communities of Bomboca and Vista Alegre in Jaén, northern Peru, where altitude, cool nights, and volcanic soils create clean, fruit-forward coffees with sweet apple acidity, balanced structure, and gentle cocoa warmth.
This lot is a collaboration between 37 organically certified smallholders growing traditional varieties like Bourbon, supported by Origin Coffee Lab through quality feedback, training, and transparent pricing. Each lot is cupped individually before being selected for the final blend. A short fermentation in cherry before washing creates the signature “Fruta Madura” profile, delivering ripe fruit sweetness and a clean, composed finish.
Expect a sweet and aromatic cup with notes of apples, chocolate, and caramel.
