This Green Tip Geisha comes from Hacienda Las Lagunas in Volcán, Chiriquí, where the Janson family has been cultivating coffee since 1926. Grown at 1,350–1,450 masl, the farm combines modern technology with meticulous hand sorting and traditional processing to produce distinctive, high-quality coffees.

The coffee undergoes a classic 72-hour washed process, followed by careful drying and preparation. With a long family history and a strong commitment to quality and community, Janson Family Coffee has become one of Panama’s most respected producers.

Expect a floral and delicate flavour profile of chamomile, honeydew melon, grapefruit, lemongrass, and oolong tea.
