This SL28 comes from Finca Lérida in Boquete, Panama, where Maria Antonella Amoruso oversees the estate’s coffee production at 1,500–2,000 masl. Known for its exceptional aromatic clarity and high-altitude terroir, the farm produces a precise and expressive interpretation of this celebrated Kenyan variety.

The coffee is processed as a Waterfall Natural, where the cherries sit in bags under a cool natural waterfall for about 48 hours of cold fermentation before drying on raised beds.

Expect an expressive and complex flavor profile of passion fruit, pineapple, strawberry, and yoghurt.
