Sale price490 kr

International Feature Roaster: Terraform

Founded in 2017 by Kyle Snider and Larry Kolek, Tierra Blanca operates six farms on the slopes of Volcán Barú, where coffee is cultivated with a focus on sustainable farming practices. The producer made its Best of Panama debut in 2024, earning an impressive fifth place in the Washed Geisha category. This lot is grown at 1,800 masl and harvested in April 2026.

The Gesha cherries are fermented in tanks for two days before being dried on raised beds until reaching 18% moisture. Drying is then completed in a dedicated drying room over a further 20 days, followed by a resting period in storage.

Expect a floral and delicate cup with notes of blueberry, nectarine, orange and green tea.
