Prolog Coffee has been an icon in the Copenhagen coffee scene since their inception in 2016. Today Prolog has four coffee bars around Copenhagen.
Prolog's philosophy is simple - to add to the quality of life by giving people better coffee experiences.
They achieve this by focusing on the experiences and systems around the coffee: the coffee, the plant, the seed, the people, the roasting, the flavours, the sounds, the drink served, and the people composing the coffee shop communities.
