Sumo Coffee Roasters was founded in 2020 in Dublin by Daniel and Alex, turning a long-held dream into a specialty coffee roastery built on quality, discipline, and curiosity. The company grew from humble beginnings, with Daniel, a three-time Irish Cup Tasters Champion and 2019 World Cup Tasters Champion, bringing competition-level precision to every roast. Together, they source and roast coffees with a focus on quality, transparency, and showcasing the unique character of each origin.

Inspired by the values of sumo wrestling, respect, dedication, and perseverance, Sumo has built a reputation for craftsmanship and a genuine passion for sharing great coffee.
