Differente Coffee was founded by Carlos Escobar, an international roaster, competitor, and coach who comes from a family of coffee farmers. With a vision to showcase the full potential of single-origin coffee, he combines competition-level precision with a refined, hospitality-driven approach. Each microlot is carefully selected and developed with intention, reflecting a deep understanding of quality and the global coffee landscape. Escobar’s achievements, including 2024 Colombian Brewers Cup Champion and 3rd place at the 2025 World Brewers Cup, underline the technical and sensory excellence behind every roast.
