Your brewing water is one of the most important factors in making a tasty coffee, yet it's often overlooked. With APAX Labs Mineral Concentrates, not only can you create your own brewing water - you can even "season" your coffee to elevate your coffee after brewing!

This mineral concentrate contains demineralised water and analytical reagent grade minerals (AR), ensuring very high levels of purity.

KONFLUX [K] is designed to elevate mouthfeel, depth, and sweetness, bringing a rich, coating texture and a sense of harmony to your brews. With only a few drops, it enhances the tactile experience of coffee—making cups feel rounder, smoother, and more indulgent, without masking flavour.

How to use

• Shake the bottle thoroughly for a few seconds before use.

• Open the bottle and use the dropper to dose into demineralised water or directly into your coffee.

• We recommend using 3 to 4g of mineral concentrate per litre of water, or 1 to 10 drops directly into the cup.

Each 100mL bottle allows for approximately 150 brews, each 20mL bottle allows for approximately 30 brews.
