Meet the BIRD - Weber Workshop's first brewer.

The Weber Workshops BIRD™ is not a V60, not a French press, and not an AeroPress. It is an entirely different way of brewing coffee.

Built around a piston-driven vacuum system and no-bypass brewing, the BIRD sits somewhere between pour-over and AeroPress, producing cups with exceptional sweetness, a rich texture, and impressive clarity. The name BIRD stands for Brew In Reverse Direction, referring to its unique reverse vacuum extraction method, where coffee is drawn through the bed rather than simply dripping through it.

The result is a brewer that gives you an extraordinary amount of control over extraction while remaining surprisingly simple to use.

BIRD - Zero Bypass

The BIRD turbocharges zero-bypass brewing with precise, user controlled vacuum brewing, giving the barista full control over the extraction while allowing to grind finer than other zero-bypass brewing methods.
