Meet the BIRD - Weber Workshop's first brewer.

The unique design combines elements of Aeropess, French Press, and Pour-Over to create something completely unique: a rich and complex coffee brewed with minimal fuss.

BIRD stands for Brewed In Reverse Direction - testament to their unique zero-bypass brewer that uses a piston driven vacuum to pull the coffee through the filter.

BIRD - Zero Bypass

The BIRD turbocharges zero-bypass brewing with precise, user controlled vacuum brewing, giving the barista full control over the extraction while allowing to grind finer than other zero-bypass brewing methods.
