Goût & Co was founded in 2020 in Chengdu, China by Tong, a former robotics engineer whose passion for specialty coffee led him from France back to China. Guided by a philosophy of ultra-light and light roasting, Goût & Co carefully tailors every roast to reveal each coffee’s unique terroir and natural character. The roastery sources more than 100 premium microlots each year, building a diverse library of expressive, origin-driven coffees.
Tong’s competition achievements, including 3rd place in the French Brewers Cup and multiple national finals, reflect the precision and craftsmanship that define every roast at Goût & Co.
