This Geisha comes from Fazenda Guariroba in Brazil's Campo das Vertentes, where Gabriel Lamounier Vieira has become one of the country's most respected specialty coffee producers. After winning the Cup of Excellence in 2016, Gabriel and his wife, Eliza, left their careers in dentistry to dedicate themselves fully to coffee, focusing on innovative fermentation and meticulous farm management to produce expressive, competition-level coffees.

This lot is processed as an anaerobic fermented pulp natural using selected yeast cultures to guide fermentation. 

Expect a vibrant and floral cup, tasting like lemongrass, jasmine and black tea.
