Burundi "Giku" Honey Red Bourbon - Replica
Feature Roaster: Replica
Grown by smallholder farmers on Giku Hill in Kayanza, Burundi, this Red Bourbon lot was honey processed at Long Miles Coffee's Ninga Washing Station. Established alongside the Nkokoma River to improve market access for surrounding communities, Ninga provides transparent purchasing, fair pricing, and quality-focused processing for producers across the region.
After harvesting, the coffee is pulped before being dried with a layer of sticky mucilage left intact, enhancing sweetness while preserving clarity and structure.
