At Finca Anaya, Sergio Darío Aranda Gómez leads his family’s three-decade legacy with a focus on innovation and precision, cultivating coffee under native shade and diverse plant life at 1,600 meters.

This Advanced Natural Ombligon was prosessed with a fruit-derived microbial culture, activated with apples and introduced to whole cherries for a sealed 48-hour fermentation to build layered sweetness and aromatics. The coffee is then slow-dried in marquesinas and rested to stabilise.

Expect a syrupy and silky body with notes of sweet pineapple, peaches and mixed tropical fruits, with a sweet and velvety finish.
