Datura is a micro-roastery based in Paris, founded in 2024 by Loïc Perneau and driven by a fascination with the relationship between nature, terroir, and human craftsmanship. They carefully select coffees for their distinct aromatic qualities, aiming to let the character of the origin and the work of the producers shine through in the cup.
Rather than following fixed espresso or filter profiles, Datura continuously adapts its roasting to bring out the unique potential of each coffee.
