Ethiopia "Guji Shakisso" Natural JARC + Local Landraces - Daturra

Around Dambi Uddo in Shakisso, Guji, smallholder farmers cultivate coffee at up to 2,100 masl beneath native shade trees. After harvest, coffee cherries are delivered to Hadeso Washing Station, established in 2017 and managed by Testi Coffee. Here, only ripe cherries are carefully hand-sorted before being separated by density and dried whole on raised beds. The cherries are spread in thin layers, turned regularly, shaded during the strongest sun, and covered at night, drying slowly for 15–18 days.

Expect a juicy and vibrant cup with notes of sweet pienapple, ripe blackberries, bright Kaffir lime and soft apricot.
